    HOW IT WORKS

    How to use this tool

    1. Choose a PNG image.
    2. JPG output is selected. Choose a background for any transparent pixels.
    3. Check the preview and download your JPG.

    What happens to your image?

JPEG is a lossy format and cannot contain transparency. ImageFix flattens transparent areas onto the selected background, white by default.

Your image is decoded and processed locally in your browser. Selected images and generated files are not sent to an image-processing server.

Why does my transparent background turn white?

JPG requires opaque pixels. Open the size and background settings to change the background color before downloading.

    Supported files and limits

This conversion expects PNG input. Files must be at most 40 MB, 12,000 pixels on either side, and 40 megapixels. HEIC is decoded locally on demand. GIF conversion uses its first frame. Animated PNG/WebP and SVG are not supported. Batch processing accepts up to 30 files and 200 MB total.

Converted files do not retain original EXIF metadata or color profiles. You can clear the editor when finished.
