Set new dimensions for a JPG image while controlling crop and padding.
JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, GIF or BMP · up to 40 MBHow to use this tool
- Choose JPEG image.
- Adjust the preset dimensions, crop or padding. Review the result before saving.
- Check the output preview and actual file size, then download. Batch mode applies the chosen settings to each file.
What happens to your image?
Photographs generally tolerate quality reduction better than screenshots with small text. Enter only one dimension to retain the crop’s proportions. Enter both to use an exact canvas.
Your image is decoded and processed locally in your browser. Selected images and generated files are not sent to an image-processing server.
Can I preserve all the content?
Yes. Choose Fit with padding to retain the full selected image when the canvas has another aspect ratio.
Supported files and limits
This conversion expects JPG input. Files must be at most 40 MB, 12,000 pixels on either side, and 40 megapixels. HEIC is decoded locally on demand. GIF conversion uses its first frame. Animated PNG/WebP and SVG are not supported. Batch processing accepts up to 30 files and 200 MB total.
Converted files do not retain original EXIF metadata or color profiles. You can clear the editor when finished.
