JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, GIF or BMP · up to 40 MBHow to use this tool
- Choose a photo. The output starts at 1080 × 1350 pixels.
- Move the crop to choose your composition, or use padding to retain the full image.
- Preview and download. Change dimensions for another canvas shape.
What happens to your image?
This preset creates a 4:5 portrait image. Filling the canvas can remove content from the edges; padding preserves your composition with a background. You can edit both dimensions for a square or vertical canvas.
Your image is decoded and processed locally in your browser. Selected images and generated files are not sent to an image-processing server.
Can I make a square or story-sized canvas?
Yes. Set 1080 × 1080 for a square or 1080 × 1920 for a 9:16 canvas. Review the crop because a different shape changes what fits.
Supported files and limits
Upload JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, GIF or BMP. Files must be at most 40 MB, 12,000 pixels on either side, and 40 megapixels. HEIC is decoded locally on demand. GIF conversion uses its first frame. Animated PNG/WebP and SVG are not supported. Batch processing accepts up to 30 files and 200 MB total.
Converted files do not retain original EXIF metadata or color profiles. You can clear the editor when finished.
