    HOW IT WORKS

    How to use this tool

    1. Choose an image or a batch of images.
    2. Adjust the preset dimensions, crop or padding. Review the result before saving.
    3. Check the output preview and actual file size, then download. Batch mode applies the chosen settings to each file.

    What happens to your image?

Downscaling necessarily removes pixels and upscaling cannot restore missing detail. PNG avoids additional lossy encoding; padding avoids distorting the composition.

Your image is decoded and processed locally in your browser. Selected images and generated files are not sent to an image-processing server.

    Can resizing be truly lossless?

Only keeping the original pixels is fully lossless. Resampling changes them. This tool avoids stretching and makes that tradeoff visible.

    Supported files and limits

Upload JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, GIF or BMP. Files must be at most 40 MB, 12,000 pixels on either side, and 40 megapixels. HEIC is decoded locally on demand. GIF conversion uses its first frame. Animated PNG/WebP and SVG are not supported. Batch processing accepts up to 30 files and 200 MB total.

Converted files do not retain original EXIF metadata or color profiles. You can clear the editor when finished.
